Victor came the next day for an estimate, and as extremely professional and honest, I got a great vibe and sense from him and we scheduled a replacement for the pool liner. They were able to come 2 days later and they had the knee installed within 2 hours, start to finish. Throughout the entire process, they were a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any pool needs. Victor has over 23 years experience, and his craftsmanship and professionalism definitely showed and we are very grateful and satisfied for the work that they did!"

"They were the best I called them at 9 AM on a Wednesday and by Thursday at noon. My job was completely done. Everything was great. They drained the pool they cut the liner out. They put the new liner in and my Pool is filling everything done within 24 hours and they were very well mannered very respectful and very nice. I would use them again in a heartbeat."

"I don't understand the old negative reviews. We had our above ground pool installed by TFI and just had them close it. From the first call to today they have been excellent. I normally open and close the pool myself. Why, when TFI will do it? Alicia is superb on scheduling, pricing and service. The field guys are great. Good job Raul! "I'm rating this as OK for the great experience I had with them until Justin decided to switch to a different profession and things have gone downhill for them since. Justin was great at diagnostics, parts order and replacement of the Heat Exchanger of Pentair Hybrid heater last year. He was to then do the automation part but didn't progress much because of his decision to change career. I have been following up ever since with numerous calls and text and voice mails but no response. Finally got to talk to Larry who said they can't support me anymore as they don't have the bandwidth. Not a good experience."

"The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!"

"We have worked with Schultz Brothers for many years now on our house.  When we need electrical work, we don't even consider anyone else.   They do quality work..period.  The highest level of professionalism, integrity and quality work.  His pricing is fair, he is always on time, cleans up the job site and you can trust his people.  To give you an example of why we go back time and time again; they informed us that our attic fan had stopped working - and I didn't even know it. Since they were already in the attic, and it was a hot day, they told us it wasn't working.  It wasn't at all related to the ceiling fans that they working on.

"A little bit of a back story, my basement flooded on Christmas, during a storm a couple of years ago. I had to pay a company to install french drains inside the basement to avoid another flooding. Long story short, 12 thousand dollars later, I was left with the perimeter of my basement lower than the original floor level. It took me a while to save for a renovation but when I was ready I needed a jack of all trades with great attention to detail. I hired Khris to level out my floors and install luxury vinyl planks throughout. My basement finally looks and feels amazing! He wasn’t annoyed at all of my questions or me watching him do the installation (which I really appreciated). He went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, and the end results reflect his knowledge and work ethic. I had him move a light switch, prime and paint all of the new drywall I had installed shortly after the flood, and few quick jobs around the house. He also installed my baseboards! Money well spent! I appreciate his professionalism and how well informed I felt throughout this process. After going through the flood last thing I needed was a janky job. 1000% recommended Simpson Home Solutions."

"Dave spent an hour and a half on the outside alone.  He left no stone unturned unless the seller had furniture or boxes in the way.  He had been in the construction business for 30 years, and that was very apparent.  He found things I would have never thought of, and was honest when he found good things as well.  He spent the time to explain and remind me of even the simplest safety things you should do in a home, like hitting the test and reset buttons on outlets once a month.  Apparently they break after a while and don't work at all.  I would definitely recommend Dave!!
