"Victor (the owner) and Aaron responded immediately. They came out the same day I called and about 2 hrs before scheduled, which worked out great. Same day appointment and finished the closing of my above ground pool all in the same day. These guys did everything for my closing, Removing ladder etc. Victor is very knowledgeable (manybyears of experience) and personable. Easy to talk to and to voice any concerns with his experienced suggestions. I have had other companies do the closing but he did the job better than all others. On top of all this his prices were GREAT! I couldn't be happier with job and price. Upon request he even scheduled me for next year's opening with an approximate date. No other pool service has done that (they want u to wait until next spring to scheduke). I will use Victor from BPS for all my pool issues from here on out."

"I don't understand the old negative reviews. We had our above ground pool installed by TFI and just had them close it. From the first call to today they have been excellent. I normally open and close the pool myself. Why, when TFI will do it? Alicia is superb on scheduling, pricing and service. The field guys are great. Good job Raul! "I'm rating this as OK for the great experience I had with them until Justin decided to switch to a different profession and things have gone downhill for them since. Justin was great at diagnostics, parts order and replacement of the Heat Exchanger of Pentair Hybrid heater last year. He was to then do the automation part but didn't progress much because of his decision to change career. I have been following up ever since with numerous calls and text and voice mails but no response. Finally got to talk to Larry who said they can't support me anymore as they don't have the bandwidth. Not a good experience."

"The work was fantastic! Craig's team did the entire job in about 3 weeks time and there was a lot to do. We regraded our backyard as it has dips and valleys that caused large pools of water to form. He then added on a 600sq ft patio, stepping stones, gravel in our side yard landing, added sculpted beds to the outer edges, planted privacy and cherry trees and put in drainage from our home to the yard to help with any excess water issues. I can't say enough about how wonderfully the work turned out. We love our backyard!"

"A little bit of a back story, my basement flooded on Christmas, during a storm a couple of years ago. I had to pay a company to install french drains inside the basement to avoid another flooding. Long story short, 12 thousand dollars later, I was left with the perimeter of my basement lower than the original floor level. It took me a while to save for a renovation but when I was ready I needed a jack of all trades with great attention to detail. I hired Khris to level out my floors and install luxury vinyl planks throughout. My basement finally looks and feels amazing! He wasn’t annoyed at all of my questions or me watching him do the installation (which I really appreciated). He went above and beyond to make sure I felt informed, and the end results reflect his knowledge and work ethic. I had him move a light switch, prime and paint all of the new drywall I had installed shortly after the flood, and few quick jobs around the house. He also installed my baseboards! Money well spent! I appreciate his professionalism and how well informed I felt throughout this process. After going through the flood last thing I needed was a janky job. 1000% recommended Simpson Home Solutions."

"David inspected a potential home I was looking to purchase and he was so thorough that by the time we were done it gave me a very clear understanding of what issues the house had, what needed fixing and what was downright dangerous. When buying a home, you need a great inspector like David because if you don't get a good inspection you run the risk of buying a big money pit. I bought a home once before but that was a joke compared to the great inspection David did. The home David inspected was a small 1200 sq. home but it was built in 1935 and so he did mention we should expect to see some things pop up. However, he went above and beyond and I am so grateful for his hard work that I will recommend him to others in the future as well and will call on him again for inspections. He also brought Alex, a septic inspector, with him who was also very thorough and very good and provided a very through report. Thank you, David, for your wonderful help!
