"Excellent. I needed a new base for the pool equipment which was not level. In addition, I wanted to have the pool completely renovated-new plaster/gunite. Went with Diamond Brite for the Aggregate Finish. The company works as a team led by the owner Kevin. The work was done on schedule. The company kept all moving along well. The communication was good-I was always able to reach someone whether it was Kevin or the office manager Elizabeth. The individuals working for S&R know their jobs and were able to provide helpful suggestions to improve all whether it was the equipment or the pool itself."

"I had an amazing experience. From the moment Victor walked in my backyard to fix my pool, I knew my problem would be solved. He is very knowledgeable about electricity and went above and beyond by repairing the entire electrical panel as well. Everything was done professionally, safely, and with great attention to detail. "I don't understand the old negative reviews. We had our above ground pool installed by TFI and just had them close it. From the first call to today they have been excellent. I normally open and close the pool myself. Why, when TFI will do it? Alicia is superb on scheduling, pricing and service. The field guys are great. Good job Raul! Ps I don't normally give excellent ratings."
