"Norberto and his crew did an incredible job on our exterior painting job, finishing in a fraction of the time I'd anticipated. It looks beautiful! I figured there was a reason Wilber's signs are all over town; I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely work with them again in the future."

"Dennis did a great job fixing a porch post/roof support!! He communicated throughout the process with recommendations and providing varying options to make sure the project was completed to my liking. After providing an agreed upon quote they quickly came back out to complete the project in a timely manner. Also contracted him to fix cracked concrete on the porch and would definitely hire again."

"I recommend Army Group for your next project. Today Florian and his father-in-law took apart my damaged sidewalk and reconstructed it. I am very happy with their work. It looks wonderful! They are skilled workers and a pleasure to meet. Patty in Millburn NJ"

"We recently had a fantastic experience with Jim / OHI. They built us a beautiful new deck and installed a patio door, and the workmanship was excellent from start to finish. When we ran into unexpected building and zoning issues with the town, they were incredibly flexible and worked with us to adjust the project. Instead of the larger deck we originally planned, they created a stunning patio in that space, which turned out even better than we imagined. The crew was professional, reliable, and detail-oriented, and the results have transformed our backyard. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend OHI to anyone considering a deck or patio project."

Customers say: Quick response

"Dariusz is GREAT! He replaced 2 aluminum stormdoors with wood storm/screen doors for our old home. Should have been a fairly easy job, but we discovered that the doors we ordered were a bit narrow, 1 doorframe was rotten & the hardware we bought was a tad big. After some impressive problem-solving - guided by his approach of "doing it right" - Dariusz installed the doors as well as new doorframes for both doors. He stuck with it until it was done, and did a WONDERFUL job. We adjusted his quote for the additional work, but the cost was still very reasonable. We're pleased with the work - which is first rate - & we highly recommend Dariusz!"

Gazebos questions, answered by experts

On average, building or installing a gazebo costs around $5,700, with a typical range between $3,000 and $10,000. The final price depends on several factors, including the gazebo's size, shape, material, and design complexity. Material choice is a significant cost driver; for example, brick is often more affordable, while metal can be one of the more expensive options. Square-shaped gazebos can also be more expensive to build. Custom features, such as built-in seating or lighting, will increase the total price. You may be able to save money by purchasing a prefabricated gazebo kit or performing some of the labor yourself.

Clean regularly, seal wood surfaces, and inspect for damage or rust to ensure longevity and safety.

Log cabins are relatively difficult to maintain compared to a traditional house. That’s because log cabins require regular upkeep and care that can include refinishing and corncob blasting, a process similar to sandblasting that shoots ground-up corncob with compressed air.

To make the gazebo accessible, you can build a wheelchair pathway leading up to it. The path should be paved with a smooth surface for wheelchairs to roll through. A low curb should be placed along each side to ensure the wheelchair stays on the path. At the end of the path, build a wheelchair ramp connecting the gazebo.

Yes, many gazebos are permanent structures built onto the land. However, if you have a portable gazebo that isn’t secured to the ground, you’ll want to check the manufacturer’s instructions to understand when to put it away. Generally speaking, when it’s particularly windy or wet outside, you should take down your temporary gazebo.
