Haus Enhancement, LLC

Hired this contractor to install a TPO Roof. Paid $12,500. Complained about the poor workmanship. Gave a 25 year warranty. Roof leaked after 9 months. The leak took down a sheetrock ceiling. Company would not contact me other than secretary sending an e-mail. Won't answer the phone, no way to leave a voice mail. Called the contractor from All Experienced, LLC as they took my final $5,000 payment. Mel said he seal coated the roof but wasn't doing the inside repairs until he was sure the roof didn't leak. This is a summer rental. The tenants needed to use the bedroom through Labor Day. We hired someone to clean it up, make it safe and usable. Its weeks later and still not repaired and they haven't contacted me. Filing a complaint with the Attorney General. Beware of these 2 companies.

We had our flat roof replaced by this company.We paid extra for tapered foam so there would be no standing water.It's been almost a year.We have had 3 representatives of this company check the roof.The first 2 said it needed complete replacement.The 3rd said if it wasn't leaking he wasn't replacing it.Do not hire this company.They not only did a horrible job they broke our electric service entrance and our siding,hung a light up crooked,left red chalk everywhere & left garbage all over the yard.There was no supervision & we couldn't communicate with the workers.They didn't speak English.They also sent work trucks from All Experienced LLC.This is the company our last payment by credit card was paid to.We had to pay by credit card or Michael threatened to take his men off our job and leave an incomplete job.Another company that showed up was VJU General Construction.Supposedly they all worked under the same license.Beware!We will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

This company s professionals were unreliable. Missing appoints, then arriving at the wrong time, the pros who did arrive were not aware of the specific work that needed to be done. They did not arrive with the itemized work contract, they were not the worker(s) I was told would be handling my repairs. Two workers appeared unexpectedly one day and unnecessarily put a tarp on my flat roof which put holes from dry wall screws used all over the roof. The issue had to do with a drain. The tarp caused the stop of water flow, making a lake-effect on my roof. Now I have to report Haus to small claims court to get my money back and repair the holes. My deposit of $600 was supposed to be returned 2 weeks ago. I'm a senior on a fixed budget. Now I have to take Haus to small claims court. I DO NOT recommend this company.

I appreciate how responsive they were to my initial inquiry and then to getting the work done. I felt the technician gave me honest advice on the amount of work we should be doing (he didnâ t try to upsell me at all). His team was courteous and respectful of our neighbors property (they had to work on our neighbors property to fix our wall). Overall a good experience and I would use them again.

I was taken by Haus Enhancements genuineness and integrity. I knew that I was dealing with a first class company from the start. The fact that they did so many extras that they found on the roof made me know that they were doing a great job. I would (and will) gladly recommend this company to our community list serve as well as individuals that I know are in need of roofing and masonry repair/replace.

This company responded quickly to me, and came to look at my roof within 24 hours. They were able to schedule the repairs earlier than any other company I spoke to, and when the forecast called for rain, they moved up my appointment to get our roof patched before the storm. The work itself was outstanding and they were highly responsive and professional.

I chose Haus Enhancement because the technician called me asap to discuss my needs, and came out early the next day with his crew. Repairs were started immediately by them and iâ m a happy customer. If you need an honest roofing company to take a look at your roof, give them a call. They were great all around when it came to professionalism and customer service.

Haus Enhancement has outstanding customer service. They take pictures of your roof so you can see it, sit down and talk with them, then they do the repairs and they take pictures of all the repairs so you can compare them to the pictures that they took prior, and the work is amazing quality!

They called on the first day the notice went out for a roof repair and promptly came out and gave an estimate in line with what our insurance company stated that the job should cost. They were there the very next day to fix the roof. We thought it went VERY well!! They took pics to show us, and it looked great. They were professional, and we would call them again in a heartbeat! It was nice doing business with them.!

This company sent a technician out to address our issue and provide an estimate. He was timely, professional and honest with every point of his examination. The review was thorough. he made short videos of the portions of the roof that were examined and reviewed them with us. I cannot be more enthusiastic about this company and would recommend them to anyone who thinks they need a new roof or repair.

This group was everything the technician promised. They protected windows and shrubs and worked with a minimum of disruption. The cleanup was exemplary! More than that however, they personally worked on remedying a problem another contractor had not properly fixed-and they did so at no additional cost. They also provided follow-up contact to assure me not to hesitate to call if needed, all of the work was amazing and I am very happy . I feel I was fortunate to find this company.

The way they totally aced this project is incredible. Iâ ve never seen anyone work the way these guys do! I completely put my trust in them and they didnâ t let me down not one bit. Iâ m so glad I chose them to complete this project on my house.

Haus free estimate and the office staff is great. They were quick to return emails and easy to talk to on the phone. I could not beat the price. On the work day they kept me informed when they found a damaged sheet of plywood. My house is 23 years old, so I was expecting more issues and a higher bill, but they did not find any. They also did a great job with the cleanup. I already recommended them to someone.

Haus and their team replaced 22 windows, installed vinyl siding, trim, soffits, a slider and a 400sq foot raised Azek deck! From start to finish I could not have asked for a better team. We threw a couple late changes at Haus and they never hesitated, saying we can do that and then quoting a fair price for the change. They are honest, hard working, considerate and have an attention to detail that is hard to believe. Thank you so much Renaldo!!!

The Team at Haus was easy to work with. the sales tech was a gentleman. A man of his word, often hard to come by in the contracting business. He was always available for communication. Some variations were made during the project and no issues arose. A roof, deck, stairs and railings were replaced along with other cosmetic exterior upgrades. The work done was quality and completed in a timely manner.

outstanding, and far exceeded my expectation. They did a new roof, added overhang to house, and new gutters. the workmanship was great, and craftsmanship excellent. very professional, great to deal with, returned calls, answered questions, highly recommend this company.
