"Ryan Jones is the most competent contractor I have worked with. I have done many renovations to my 1059 year old house. This time we had two small rooms reconfigured into 1 master bedroom. "didn't like that they came for an estimate and then when the contractor came he didn't know what needed to been done. the estimate was off . was given a range of 450.-750.00 the contractor had to remeasure all of the things i wanted done and then had to go purchase the materials which i was paying by the hour, i felt like the initial estimate should have given him the required information so that he could show up at the job site with the materials."

"I typically never write reviews but, since I found it so hard to choose a contractor to work with on the remodeling of a few rooms in our home I figured this may help the next person searching for a contractor. 
Lima contracting was fantastic.  We remodeled the first floor of our home in Cedar Grove, NJ.  The owner Rob himself kept us informed of timelines, what was next, how things were going, etc.  Rob & his team suggested we "opened" up the space a bit by knocking down a couple of the walls so...we knocked down the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room and the dining room from the living room.  We took down all the old cabinets put up new cabinets, granite tops and an island that we didn't have room for before.  Repainted all the rooms and put some gorgeous porcelain tiles down in the kitchen. 
Rob is fairly priced, he kept within a couple thousand of the original estimate and he showed us cabinets, tiles, paint, etc. that would keep with our budget.  He also had some suggestions my husband and I didn't even think of and it made such a huge difference on the outcome. 
They were quick, clean workers that did a quality job.  I will be using them in April for a remodeling of our bathroom & basement.  I would recommend this contractor to anyone and have already connected them with some family friends to do some work.
If your worried about finding someone with experience, uses quality workers, cleans up for themselves and won't rip you off...try them you won't regret it!!

Great website, appears to be professionally designed and maintained, I like what they do (judging from the content in the website) but I am outside their service area. I don't live in that area. If I owned a home or apartment in that area, I would hire them."

"Sal and his team are thorough professional who know what they are doing. We just had them remodel two bathrooms. They finished the project on time, worked creatively around our needs and certain surprises discovered only after demolition. They suggested great, pragmatic design options. Everything came out stunningly beautiful, made to our tastes and preferences. Sal worked his magic to fit the whole project within our budget. He also threw in some upgrades we had not initially planned but made made sense during the project. His team took care of clean up after work regularly so we could continue living in the house reasonably comfortably while the work was going on.
