Hello, I am starting a cleaning business this year. I love to clean and organize. After working full time job for 9 years having 5 kids I have been wanting to have more time to spend with my children and be flexible with my week schedule. Having 2 kids with disability I have found it much rewarding to do the one thing I love which is clean and also still cater as a full time single mom to my kids needs and wants. I am here to help clean your home take the load off of you. Maybe clean up before a party or event or after. I have done house cleaning as a nanny, I have cleaned during parties as well. "Very well, this was the second time we used Atlantic Cleaners. Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms.  Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job.  We were very satisfied with the results.  Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"This gentleman, Mr. Bryan Brock, owner of Magic Wand Carpet and Upholstery cleaning, did a very good job for me. I had cleaned out my townhouse, in preparation of putting it up for sale, and the final step was cleaning the carpets. My place has 3 BR upstairs, and a living, dining, and family room downstairs. Bryan was easy and convenient to deal with through Angie’s List. He was prompt and timely with his replies and always directly answered any questions I had. He was not vague at all about specifics, to try and leave himself wiggle room later, as some folks do when you deal with them. Our communication was straight forward and honest. When it came time to get the work done Bryan showed up on time and got the work done as expected. He did a thorough job, and a good job. My carpets had not been cleaned in about 10 years and were looking a bit tired, showing a little usage wear and tear, and had some minor stains here and there. After Bryan cleaned them they now look clean and refreshed. They actually look nothing short of great. I’m very pleased. I had also contacted a few other carpet cleaning places to check on methods, availability, and prices. Bryan’s price was the best plus he didn’t have any conditions or qualifiers. Others were asking me about what ‘types’ of stains I might have on my rugs. Perhaps they were going to change me extra or have a precondition excuse in case my rugs were not clean when they were finished. There was none of that kind of bs with Bryan. He answered my questions in a straight forward manner, and we settled on the price, date and time. He showed up when he was supposed to, promptly got to work, and now I have great looking carpets. And a big check off on my TO DO list. I am very pleased and satisfied with the job that Magic Wand Carpet and Upholstery cleaning did for me. I highly, and without qualifications, recommend Bryan’s company to anyone needing these type of services. I would definitely use him again. "The cleaning of all 3 rooms and my sofa/chair went great.  They look almost brand new.  I had to reschedule my initial appointment with Quality Carpet and they were more than accommodating.  My only comment, would be that they update their contact information on the coupon as the number currently listed rings "disconnected" and you have to search for an alternate number.  However, that aside, great deal -- great work!

"They have been working for me for about a year. I have spoken to Michael, the owner many times and he is very nice but nothing ever changes. If you want someone who will clean under the cushions of your sofa, dust the fireplace screen, clean the floors properly and recycle, then don't hire these people. They haven't got a clue. Their standards are very low compared to mine. They don't seem to understand basic hygiene. They frequently skip the mudroom area near my back door, although this was an agreed upon inclusion. Each week they throw their garbage into my recycling bin outside the back door even though I have mentioned it to them a million times. They send different people every week. Because they were never properly trained, they do stupid things like put the sheets on the bed much shorter on one side than the other, or taking the sheets off one bed and putting them on another one. I have repeatedly asked that they use Soft Scrub in the bathroom but obviously one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, because nobody ever remembers to tell the new person to do that. And of course, the new one is always assigned the most difficult jobs such as cleaning the bathroom, while the other one talks on the phone. They seem to be using my house as the place to train the new people. Many of them appear to not speak any English whatsoever, which makes basic communication difficult. Usually one of them has some English, but try to talk to them about something and they play dumb. They bring their own equipment and cheap, smelly cleaning products that I am allergic to. I have asked them to use my products instead but they keep forgetting. Will not use them again. I've had enough."
