Hello, I am starting a cleaning business this year. I love to clean and organize. After working full time job for 9 years having 5 kids I have been wanting to have more time to spend with my children and be flexible with my week schedule. Having 2 kids with disability I have found it much rewarding to do the one thing I love which is clean and also still cater as a full time single mom to my kids needs and wants. I am here to help clean your home take the load off of you. Maybe clean up before a party or event or after. I have done house cleaning as a nanny, I have cleaned during parties as well. Removed 99% of the tough spots - took extra effort to remove as much as possible for the tough stains the kids has made in their rooms.  Bill was prompt in returning our call for service, thoroughly explained all options, provided a timely estimate and was on time to start the job, very courteous and thorough, cleaned up completely after the job.  We were very satisfied with the results.  Price was a little more than we hoped for and we were able to get a credit for going through Angie's List, but we got great value for the cost.

"I called several times and left a message with some details of the area I was needed to have cleaned and how I could be reached. I did not get a call back for several months. We were wanting the carpets cleaned within a certain time-frame and that had passed. It was to close to the winter months; I was trying to get the floors cleaned in the spring to early summer. The person who called what polite and very apologetic however, I could not use their service at that time."

"Over the years we've had professional carpet cleaning services for our 2nd floor and stairs. Most of them quote you something and when they arrive, its totally different price. Bryan was honest upfront. his price was very reasonable. on top of it he worked around our schedule - which is late evenings - in fact we scheduled for a 6:15 pm time. He was on time ( we were late 5 minutes due to traffic) he patiently waited, and then was cleaning till 9 pm. to make sure all stains are gone. WE actually had a "wow" factor when we went upstairs next day. Definitely going to hire Bryan again for the services"

"The cleaning of all 3 rooms and my sofa/chair went great.  They look almost brand new.  I had to reschedule my initial appointment with Quality Carpet and they were more than accommodating.  My only comment, would be that they update their contact information on the coupon as the number currently listed rings "disconnected" and you have to search for an alternate number.  However, that aside, great deal -- great work!

"They have been working for me for about a year. I have spoken to Michael, the owner many times and he is very nice but nothing ever changes. If you want someone who will clean under the cushions of your sofa, dust the fireplace screen, clean the floors properly and recycle, then don't hire these people. They haven't got a clue. Their standards are very low compared to mine. They don't seem to understand basic hygiene. They frequently skip the mudroom area near my back door, although this was an agreed upon inclusion. Each week they throw their garbage into my recycling bin outside the back door even though I have mentioned it to them a million times. They send different people every week. Because they were never properly trained, they do stupid things like put the sheets on the bed much shorter on one side than the other, or taking the sheets off one bed and putting them on another one. I have repeatedly asked that they use Soft Scrub in the bathroom but obviously one hand doesn't know what the other is doing, because nobody ever remembers to tell the new person to do that. And of course, the new one is always assigned the most difficult jobs such as cleaning the bathroom, while the other one talks on the phone. They seem to be using my house as the place to train the new people. Many of them appear to not speak any English whatsoever, which makes basic communication difficult. Usually one of them has some English, but try to talk to them about something and they play dumb. They bring their own equipment and cheap, smelly cleaning products that I am allergic to. I have asked them to use my products instead but they keep forgetting. Will not use them again. I've had enough."

"The 1st time they were to clean we were called & was told the van was in accident & would not be able to make it.
I was not sure if this was an excuse or the real deal. WE always move ALL the furniture out before they come so this was not well received.
We rescheduled ( we confirmed the day before) and Chris came at the agreed upon time.
Our Family room is large @ 25' x14 ' with a couple of very tough stains.
The carpet is @ 18 years old but has held up very well. He cleaned it like no one in the past.
He continued to work on the stains until they were virtually not noticeable.
We have never had anyone who worked so hard at cleaning the carpet.
We will definitely use only him in the future.
FYI-Previously used Stanley Steamer & they were good, just not at the same level Pro Cleaners is at.
