I had to cancel my contract because the sellers backed out. This was after giving a $10,000 deposit to Saul environmental. They delayed giving me back my deposit (the remainder after they took out 15% cancellation fee) repeatedly for months until they finally told me they spent it and don?t have it anymore. They could only pay back installments after I had to get a lawyer to threaten them. Two years later, they still owe me $2500. They told me I was never getting it and they were going bankrupt. ?Take us to small claims, but that?s going to be harder on you.? They put me in a financial hole! Don?t trust. Can I give a zero?
