Their designer, Virginia Capone, was so helpful and patient with me as I tried to figure out what would work best for my design and budget. She helped me to feel less overwhelmed with all the decisions, and I never felt pressured to make a purchase. Some of our home renovations took longer than we had anticipated, but Eastern Surfaces was so accommodating with holding our materials for a little longer until we were ready for installation. "My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."

"They weren't cheap. They came as scheduled and did what they said they were going to do and it looked fine so we were happy with it. When you look at the cost and the amount of time that they were here it was pretty expensive, but they did what they said they were going to do and so that was what we were looking for. They were prompt. They came out and looked at the job, scheduled it and came back when they said they would come, it was great."
