"We called Heartland Handyman Services for what we thought was just to paint 2 rooms. Javier showed us there was much more involved. With little to no effort at all, he showed us that the room's window was not seated and secure. The window sill came off with a little tug. Inside the wall were signs of water leaks. In the other room, the floor had been damaged and since it could not bear any weight, we could step through the floor. Heartland had to open up the outside siding, repair the exterior wall, reseal the siding, reseat the windows, insulate the walls, besides the original plan to paint the 2 rooms. He also had to reinforce the outer wall, repair the underflooring and install a new floor."

"Patriot was the first to respond to my query. They also came onsite to do give an estimate, managed to secure the materials required to the do the job, and showed up on time to get the job done. They stayed in touch with me about their progress, and even cleaned up after themselves when they were done. These guys do nice work. Patriot will get 'first crack' at any jobs in the future that need roofing or siding repair.
