"These Guys are AMAZING. I got an estimate from United Pro for a total siding replacement. I got three estimates and United Pro was the best out of the estimates. Benny the Technician was very knowledgeable. He explained everything that needs to be done, from the insulation to the type of nails that they will use to install the siding. He showed me a bunch of colors and thankfully they had the exact color that i was looking for. The Order for the siding took about a week to come in. Once the siding came, It took them 3 days to complete all the siding. the made my property how it was before they even started the project from the way that they cleaned up. The Dumpster was taken away the next day and that was that. Such a stress free expirance and was a pleasure to have them as my contractors. "We called Heartland Handyman Services for what we thought was just to paint 2 rooms. Javier showed us there was much more involved. With little to no effort at all, he showed us that the room's window was not seated and secure. The window sill came off with a little tug. Inside the wall were signs of water leaks. In the other room, the floor had been damaged and since it could not bear any weight, we could step through the floor. Heartland had to open up the outside siding, repair the exterior wall, reseal the siding, reseat the windows, insulate the walls, besides the original plan to paint the 2 rooms. He also had to reinforce the outer wall, repair the underflooring and install a new floor."

Each one wanted to nail the bottom back in and leave the rest of it when the proper way to do it was to take everything down and put it back up which is exactly what Ernie and his crew did. "Everything went very well. I thought they were a little on the high side cost wise but I was pleased with the work they did. I paid an additional cost of around $700 because they recommended I cover the replaced board with aluminum, it’s like an aluminum siding trim. I still thought it was too high a trim for 2 garage doors. They did a good job. They were on time and they showed up for the estimate and for the work exactly when they said they would. The one day we had bad weather, they called to cancel ahead of time. The only negative thing was a little difficulty with English, there was a little difficulty having conversation. On the appraisal, they did bring somebody with them that spoke fluent English but when he was here and he was trying to explain some of the things he wanted to do, he didn’t know the exact words. But the quality of the work was very good."
