He also had to reinforce the outer wall, repair the underflooring and install a new floor."

The one day we had bad weather, they called to cancel ahead of time. The only negative thing was a little difficulty with English, there was a little difficulty having conversation. On the appraisal, they did bring somebody with them that spoke fluent English but when he was here and he was trying to explain some of the things he wanted to do, he didn’t know the exact words.
