"I hired Horatio for a total renovation of a condo unit. He met me a the unit the day i contacted him ,and provided a quotation which never increased or changed. Project consisted of bathroom & kitchen renovation (new shower, vanity, kitchen cabinets, etc.), hardwood floors, popcorn ceiling removal, patching and painting.
