"I hired Horatio for a total renovation of a condo unit. He met me a the unit the day i contacted him ,and provided a quotation which never increased or changed. Project consisted of bathroom & kitchen renovation (new shower, vanity, kitchen cabinets, etc.), hardwood floors, popcorn ceiling removal, patching and painting. Horatio and his skilled team were exceptional. Very professional, and overall did a great job. Horatio takes great pride in his work and will make suggestions that the average homeowner wouldn't think of, even if it means more work for his team. Quality is certainly his priority, they don't cut corners. Also was great that he provided feedback on the way I wanted certain things to be done. The end result is excellent. "My experience was mediocre at best with this company. They were very good with starting the work. Towards the end of completion, they had one day that was a no show. I had to call to find out they couldn't come that day. I preferred to get a call from them rather having to follow up myself. The windows they installs were done incorrectly. Water stated to leak into the house and ruined the brand new sheetrock I installed. I would recommend this company for small jobs. They may try to cut corners if you dont keep an eye on them."
