He replaced the insides of the window pane and addressed any leaking within the vinyl siding outside. All this was done quickly and efficiently. "I had a small water spot that I wanted fixed. It turned out to be a MAJOR project with alot of hidden water damage! Ian helped me find a contractor to replace the damaged wood, fix the roof leak and then he replaced all the drywall, put new insulation in the wall, painted everything, even repaired the crown moulding. Then cleaned everything up, put furniture back. It looks great, as if all that damage never existed! And at a reasonable price!!!!! Highly recommend Top Tier!"
