"Overall Scott was really great to work with. He was no-nonsense and straight to the point with everything which was refreshing. He did a fantastic job at repairing the drywall and all the drywall seams, as well as handling the whole ceiling that was in pretty terrible shape. He went above and beyond to find a special seam tape for ceiling joints that would not rupture. He also sent me daily pictures as to how things were turning out. The end result was absolutely great. He was also honest and up front with me when the paint on the ceiling and walls was just not sticking, and also was not covering. Rather than attempt to paint drywall that was doing weird things "he had never seen before in 30 years", he called to let me know he he thought there was no way that the painting would turn out even remotely good. "Highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. Extremely satisfied with the project work. Has water leakage into the house above the living room double windows. At first thought that the source was a roof overhang above the window. Angel gave an estimate for the work assuming it was the source. However, he warned that source could be from cracks in to mortar of the rock façade and would not know until some of the interior dry wall above the window and the roofing on the overhang was removed. Unfortunately the overhang was not the source of water intrusion. Thus had to remove the rock façade to find the source. Anel gave me a revised estimate for the work needed. So the damaged exterior wood was replace and interior drywall section replaced. The outside section where the rocks were removed was properly waterproofed. Instead of rock had this section replace with bricks. Also since the second floor window just above the leak and the double living room room window were in need of repair or replacement, had these windows replaced. Angel kept us informed as work progressed. His crew were very respectful and knowledgeable. The project results were extremely satisfying. As the project was being completed, my neighbors were very much impressed with workmanship and beauty of the work. Again highly recommend Zzeo's Home Restorations. I anticipate that I will use them for future projects."
