"We cannot say enough good things about this company! Juan P. and his team of guys were efficient, excellent, and moved like a well oiled machine. It was truly an art form what they did and it made the difference in our property! On top of the quality of work and attention to details they did, they are just genuinely awesome people and did a fantastic job! We couldn’t be happier! Thank you again!"

"The price was good. I am cheap. When I opened my garage door up there was crud from my garage rafters and he said here is 10 bucks go get a car washed. Their responsiveness is very good. They cleaned up extremely well. They had a dumpster. Each day they would clean up everything they picked off the roof and put it in the dumpster. It took a day to replace the roof."

"Lawn cut, edging, shrubs trimmed and some removed, and mulch. I called on a Saturday and Mr. Juliano came out the same day and gave me an estimate. He came out on the following Wednesday to cut the lawn and do the weeding. He came out the next Saturday to do the trimming and mulching. Very professional. Called after cutting grass to see if I was pleased with the service and to let me know he wound be out on Saturday to complete the job"

Arborists questions, answered by experts

Aim to have your trees inspected and pruned in early spring. At this point in the year, tree service professionals can note where there is old growth from winter and cut that back to encourage new growth for the rest of the year. Pruning at the wrong time of the year could make your trees prone to diseases.

You should prune ornamental trees once every other year after the fruit has matured and begun to drop. You should also prune out dead branches whenever you see them. Pruning too often can stimulate more growth, especially in faster growing varieties like Bradford pears.

Light-bark trees are most notorious for producing lots of sap when wounded. These varieties include maples, birches, poplars, dogwoods, magnolias, and elms, and they will bleed more when the trees are dormant. That’s why it’s a good idea to prune them in the summer months rather than waiting until winter.

Transporting a fully-grown tree requires heavy equipment, typically specialized for the task. A tree spade is a truck-mounted tool that removes the tree from the ground in one location, transports it, and places it in a new hole in a new location. A combination of mechanized shovels and lifts is necessary to move very large trees, and the exact tools often depend on location and the surrounding area.

You can start your search for a reputable arborist online by looking for professionals who hold the proper licensing and are fully insured. Next, read through some online reviews to see what kind of service the expert brings to the table, and confirm that they don’t have a history of complaints with the Better Business Bureau. Finally, you can ask the professional for a list of references and then call them to ask questions about the service, professionalism, value, and more that the expert brings to the table.
