Andy is spot on when it comes to pricing. The very first time he was out for an estimate he noticed a strangulating root which was killing one of my trees. He went to his truck for some tools and took care of that root instantly - at no charge - and saved my tree that I did not even know was in trouble. Also, we had an ice storm recently and Andy was able to save my favorite 60' Pine tree. Branches were freezing and dropping to the ground. They did a procedure called "re-balancing" and actually weighted the tree in specific areas until it could take hold - and it is surviving as well. His pricing is spot on as well. He was quick to reach out to me and had great communication skills from the initial call, date of free estimate, date of project and updates in between. London is very kind and caring and he and his work partner were very hard workers on a very hot day. The ground under my back porch needed minor grading/resloping. They brought in fresh top soil, then placed landscape cloth on soil, and then spread pea gravel stone on top. Their workmanship was excellent! I can't say enough good things about London's Land Improvements. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They pulled up the old plastic & leveled out the ground underneath, removed moss from the concrete wall, added a weed deterrent, laid down new landscaping paper, & put the cleaned stones back & added edging. They were professional, polite, & worked diligently. I thought the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend them."
