I had been struggling to find someone who had done this kind of job before, but Taneesha made me feel very comfortable that they could do this job. They sent Mike over and he was amazing. He has a cat of his own so he knew exactly why I wanted a catio. We looked at a few pictures together and he designed an amazing catio for us. His workmanship and attention to detail was simply inspiring. He thought of every single place a cat could try and escape from and took care of it. I am truly so impressed by him. And while the work was being done, Ron provided regular updates on Mike's availability and assured us that they would complete the job in a decent timeframe. They also were quick and efficent in building my bedframe with back and sides in under two hours. In addition they cleaned up the packaging and disposed of the old bed frame. Tony replaced or repaired all windows in my house, installed hardwood floor in my rental unit and built a beautiful new porch.
