"I contacted Mr. Handyman to build an outdoor enclosure for my cat (catio). From the moment, Taneesha answered my call to the time they completed the catio, they were phenomenal to work with. I had been struggling to find someone who had done this kind of job before, but Taneesha made me feel very comfortable that they could do this job. They sent Mike over and he was amazing. He has a cat of his own so he knew exactly why I wanted a catio. We looked at a few pictures together and he designed an amazing catio for us. His workmanship and attention to detail was simply inspiring. He thought of every single place a cat could try and escape from and took care of it. I am truly so impressed by him. "All of the work was done quickly, professionally, and met my high standards. The only problem arose when they installed my railings while I was out without having me select the style. I came home on the last day of work and everything was complete, even railings that I had not seen or approved. Initially, I didn't want to make them redo it. I thought I could live with it. I paid in full and they left. Ernesto called my husband to make sure we were happy. Everything seemed great, the work was well done, and everyone was professional. However, a few days later I realized I really hated the materials they chose for me. When my husband called back to see if they could change out the railings for us, they said it would cost about $500. I know I paid in full and approved the job, but after $8,000 worth of work, I thought it distasteful to be charged more money to change out materials that I never approved in the first place. I recommend their work, but be sure you approve every single material prior to installation.

"Had to get a porch and railing repaired. I needed it done quickly in case there was any snow or ice. Had a quote from another contractor, but he never followed up. Two other companies gave me much higher quotes. I explained the need for speed and Continental Construction gave me a very reasonable price and performed the service only two days later(they mightâ ve gotten it done the next day, but for the rain). On top of the project being completed quickly and at a reasonable price, something came up at my job, and I was unable to drive to meet Wilmer to pay him, but he was kind enough to drive over and meet me in front of my office."
