Very well, the quality of the work performed was excellent. Pricing was fair and great attention to detail. Everyone that sees the deck comments on how well it came out. I also had some structural and zoning issues that Eber fixed.

The entire crew was timely, professional, and paid close attention to details. The owner made sure I understood what to expect and recommended the best materials for the job I requested. He was never wrong and I am happy with his work.

EMJ Deck Builders built a covered deck on our house yard. From the first visit to the last I was impressed with and Eber and his team. The workmanship and attention to details were on point. I especially appreciate that they were always respectful of our property and made every effort to be as accommodating as possible-they cleaned up every evening before leaving, worked diligently throughout the day and were just a pleasure to have around. Our deck looks fantastic and I cannot wait for the warm weather to get full use out of it. Over all I would highly recommend EMJ to anyone looking to build a porch, deck etc. I look forward to having them come back and work on other projects in my house. Thank you Eber!!!

The process went very well. Eber and his workers were very professional and always polite and friendly. They are hard workers and stayed with it until the job was complete. Eber explained how the process was to be done and everything went as planned weather permitting. I am a satisfied customer.

It was amazing to see our old dated deck transformed into such a wonderful outdoor oasis! His crew was professional and courteous. They did not stop until the job was completed and the job site was throughly cleaned up. They listened to our ideas and turned them into a reality. This is the ONLY company I will ever use for our construction needs. I suggest to anyone reading this review to take a chance on EMJ Deck Builders. You will not regret your decision..

Eber @EMJ Deck Builders LLC., did an absolutely great job with building the Pavillion on my deck. He and his team had a completely professional approach right from the beginning of the job till finish. His insight into getting this large structure to stabilize against the heavy winds was remarkable, and being very meticulous in solving some of the design challenges as the work progressed. I will hire his services for my next job in a heartbeat.

The work was in perfection, the materials used were high end materials, I have shopped around for other vendors, but he used the highest quality and price was fare. they were a perfectionist, everything was done to perfection, and very timely. The clean up was great as well, they were very respectful of the property and cleanliness was a priority for them.

It is gorgeous. They have been very professional, he shows up on time, and works extra hours. His crew has been excellent and Ever really knows how to build decks. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire him again.

Eber is a very slick guy. He will say anything to get the project. Here is the short story: 1-Whatever you think that you agreed to build for given price and what he will end up building might be 2 different things. He is slick, will use round words, he will run out of space in the contract and so many other games. But he will build whatever he wants, not what you think you all agreed. 2-Whatever he builds will start falling apart in 2 to 3 months. Can provide pictures of the deck he built that is falling apart after 2 months. 3-No customer service. No responsibility of what he builds. I sent him pictures of a deck that is falling apart. His answer was something like “ohhh someone leaned on it and that is why it broke. Thats how it looks to me..” 4-He is a confused young man. He confuses “kindness” with “weakness”. So, don’t you be kind to him. He will abuse it. What you need to understand is that he is not a contractor. He is a Subcontractor to subcontractors. Don’t waste your time and money

"First I will start by saying we all start from the bottom when starting a business Mr. Devrin , and try to work our way up. secondly, one very important detail on this situation was that you provided materials for this project, I only charged you for labor. the Rails that you bought cost $7.00 per section and they were discontinued because of poor quality. once the cold weather came they started cracking. That is a manufactor issue, they were installed properly. However I came to replace them for not extra charge. Any one that sees the craftsmanship will know it was done by someone with knowledge."
