Sal was very professional throughout the entire process. He was courteous and friendly. He worked around my schedule and despite it being a small job that most other contractors didn't want to bother dealing with, he took the time to get it done for me and was effiicent and reasonably priced. I would stronly recommend him and his company to anyone!!!

Top Builders did a great job. The estimate was fair and thorough, also providing insurance information to make me feel at ease. The customer service was great and provided clear communication throughout the project. And when it came down to the work, they were quick, efficient, and provided a quality finish. I had insulation and paneling installed in my garage, with baseboard and trim/molding around my door and two windows. I was very impressed with Sal and his crew. I got an appointment for an estimate the next day and their price was very fair. Set up a start date for the next weekend and had the project completed sooner than expected. Highly recommend if you're looking for affordable, quality, and reliable contractors.

I had the bathroom ceiling and walls replaced with new drywall. They removed the sink and bowl and replace them where they were done. They cleaned up after themselves and checked in to make sure I agreed with any changes they were making before any were made. Sal the owner is great to work with. He came by daily to check on his team's work, and if there was something out of place he left Marks where corrections needed to be made. I made a couple of changes in the middle of the project like adding a new mirror and a light as well as a shelf in the wall, and he was very accommodating. The cost to do the additional work was very reasonable. The best part is there were no hidden costs. In the end they cleaned up after themselves, but it's as clean as you're going to get when you're ripping down walls and ceilings, so expect dust everywhere. Overall I had a great experience, they finished a job on time, and I will definitely be calling them again for future projects. My recommendation, if at any point you feel something is not going the way you would like, contact Sal directly and make him aware. His very accommodating

Job was poorly done and I am not satisfied, did not cleaned, did a terrible job, they did work but they did not do a good job, they left garbage on the back, they left a mess on the rooms and the floor.

It is not a coincidence that the review was submitted after we continuously requested the remaining compensation that you still owe us. We had never left the job site "dirty" or "incomplete," as we have pictures to prove that. Our contractors have always delivered their services with the highest level of professional courtesy. Therefore, this leads us to believe that you are leaving a false review."

The Top Builders crew was amazing. I am so happy with my new bathroom ceiling. They even finished my project ahead of schedule. I had an issue with the light fixture a few days later and Sal came right back to help make sure everything was in perfect working order. I am so pleased with their service and will definitely be calling them soon for other projects around my house.

I had good vibes when speaking to Sal who called in answer to an email inquiry. I somehow knew I would have a positive result and I was right. Two workers came to replace a screen in a door frame. It was taken out on Sat. and returned on Sun. Great job and very courteous and knowledgeable. Will be a return customer for other work to be done.
