"We got 5 estimates and they came in far lower priced than anyone...it was so low my wife and I were concerned if the price was even correct. Based on the other prices we were only going to get the central air done for now..however with their pricing we could afford to get it all done. They promised to be out and install our new Central Air, Heater and water heater in about a week.  They showed up on time and they even finished sooner than our sale rep had told us.  We only had it in about a week now but so far we are extremely pleased!  If you are considering a new Central Air, Heater or water heater I highly recommend you get an estimate from them..I'm quite sure you'll thank me later.

The technicians are always knowledgeable, thorough, courteous and pleasant. We recently had an HVAC system installed in one of our units and the home is rather large and is over 100 years old and there was not a whole lot of empty space to work with. The guys at Laury were able to install the system and all of the duct work and components involved neatly with the age and make-up of the home in-mind. "We called Clays and they had someone out and the unit repaired (it required a replacement capacitor and a contactor) within 3 hours - on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND in a shore town! Granted, we do have an annual maintenance contract for our HVAC system with them, but still, that's outstanding service."

"For over 20 years my wife and I used another A rated Angie’s List heating and air conditioning firm and we have given them good reviews in the past. Recently our 20+ year old heater started acting up. At times throughout the day or night the burner wouldn’t ignite and we would be without heat. After seven service calls and various parts at the cost of $700.00 our old service company could not repair the heater and the problem remained unresolved. So we decided to get estimates to replace our entire HVAC system mainly due to it’s age and this unsolved problem. Vaughan Heating and Air Conditioning was on our list of acceptable companies to speak with due to their Angie’s List A rating. We called Vaughan and they sent Tony Pellegrino to our home the next day. My wife and I were very impressed with Tony. He spent over an hour at our home scoping out our basement, configuring our new system and answering our questions. Later that day we received the Vaughan estimate that Tony sent by email. I called Tony and he spent another hour on the phone addressing my questions and concerns. We received the other competitor's estimates over the next two days. We accepted the Vaughan’s estimate which was $1,100.00 more then the lowest estimate and $2,500.00 less then the highest estimate we received. Our choice was based on our comfort level with Tony, the price of the job, the longevity of the company (established in 1937) and the quality of the heating and air conditioning units that Vaughan installs. We accepted the Vaughan estimate on Saturday evening and Tony scheduled our job that coming week on Tuesday (for the heater) and Thursday (for the air conditioner). The reason for the one day in between work was because they squeezed our job into an already full week of installations and we were really pleased that they did that for us. On Tuesday morning at 8:30am the installer’s, Marcus and Jeff were at our house ready to start the job. These guys were friendly, professional, extremely competent and also very neat and clean, covering our rugs, etc. Jeff and Marcus did and exceptional job installing our new HVAC system. It’s “state of the art”! My wife and I are extremely happy with the job Vaughan Heating & Air Conditioning did and we could not be more comfortable, then we are now, in our home. "They were great.  They gave me a verbal and written report at the end of the check up.  The technician explained how the heating system works.  He told me everything checked out well and that there was a lot of life left in my air conditioner and heat exchanger.  He did not try to sell me additional services.  I would use them again in a heartbeat if something did come up though.

"There's not enough good things I can say about Climate Mechanics. Got a great price on a Furnace and AC Coil replacement with 0% financing. We ran into issues with installation that were caused by unforeseen manufacturer issues that required multiple returns to my home to finish the job. But constant communication by Toni and the rest of the team kept me in the loop and gave me peace of mind that I knew the job was going to be done correctly. "Ed & Cris arrived exactly at 1PM when they said. They hauled in a heavy suction vacuum and attached to both supply and then return lines. Showed me the dirt collected in the first stage of the cleaner. Both men worked hard and did an excellent job. Was not ready for the dust throughout the house but they did warn me of it. We just finished a dirty tile job so the vent cleaning was a natural first. This is my second Angie's list contractor and we are contented.
