"Horrible!! Avoid him at all costs!! I hired him to regrout my stone steps and reset them. I had a beige grout and he put an orange grout that was horrific! he said it would fade it didnt. He then came out grinded the grout damaged our stone, took samples of our grout to match and never saw him again!! he took our money, screwed up our steps and ran!!! BEWARE"

Not only did he give me one price and then keep racking up the charges not once-but twice, he also refused to fix the damages that occurred to my property as a result of his construction. Once he realized he was not getting a check until the damages were repaired, he changed his tune. The next day after the work was done, there was still leaks in my roof and they had to come out again to fix them. Then when the bank made an error with my check, Ted called me 5 times a day and texted me repeatedly demanding payment despite the fact that there was nothing wrong with the check I gave him other than a clerical error. I felt harassed and anxious. Every time my phone vibrated for a day and a half I felt unsafe. For peace of mind, DO NOT HIRE!!"
