No wait. Great work

I was tricked by the good reviews, but they will rip you off. Firstly, they canceled on me twice, the first time literally hours before they were supposed to arrive. But okay, things happen. Then again the day before. Not good, but fine it is the summer, it is busy. The charge was $375 for three hours of work with two technicians, a $95 diagnostic visit, and $350 to replace a contactor and capacitor on my AC unit. $820 in total. When I heard the price of the parts I figured they must be expensive. Come to find out these parts would probably not even cost $100 on their own. To confirm this, I called the business asking for the model number on the parts that were replaced (it took three calls to finally get a response to my inquiry). I finally get a call from the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of speaking to. The dishonesty was staggering, I was almost speechless. Oh the AC unit's still working ain't it? Oh you agreed to pay did not you? Oh you call two weeks later to dispute the price (I called three times, the first only three days after the repair)? Oh I'm so busy and you are bothering me with this. I never did get that model # because he did not know it Guy also hung up on me even though I was completely civil with him. Do not use this business; there are plenty of other good trustworthy repairmen in Philly that deserve your money.

The two technicians, Brian and David, were phenomenal! They were incredibly kind, informative, and patient with me as they assessed my HVAC and vents. They explained the entire process and why what they were doing is important based on the type of system I have. As a relatively new homeowner with an old home this is very important to me. They did a thorough job of cleaning my air vents and dryer vent and I feel confident they left my home cleaner and much safer than when they arrived. I would highly recommend this company for all your HVAC needs.

Desmond responded to my inquire in a timely manner. They came out and explained everything to me, and allowed me to ask questions as he was completing the work. Price was reasonable, and they had great customer service.

They did a great job working with us to figure out what was wrong with our heater. The first tech did not have the right equipment but they booked to come back the next day at no additional cost.

Desmond contacted me immediately and scheduled an appointment. Then they were able to fit me into the schedule a day earlier and called to see if I wanted to move my appointment earlier. Pete came and was prompt, polite and very knowledgeable. He fixed our ac and last night we slept well as our AC finally worked. I highly recommend Desmond.

In my opinion there is no one that can do better than Desmond heating n cooling. I have already recommend them. Service is top notch. They r very thorough with the work that they do. They are very clean. I donâ t know what much more I can say. They are simply the best.!!!!
