"I would give MORE stars if I could. Service was excellent. Greg arrived at the appointment time, was clear about what he would do and how he would do it. He was very clean in his work. He removed all duct covers, then began the cleaning. I had some issues with the antibacterial disinfectant (allergies) he would be using. He advised I could research it and let him know. He even allowed me to smell the disinfectant. We did use it and the smell was very mild and dissipated in about a half hour. After cleaning the duct work, he returned all the duct cover and cleaned up his work area. He worked by himself and had the job done in under 3 hours. And the price was fantastic, coming in at over $150.00 and $300.00 less than 2 other bids. "It was a quiet Friday night when the old HVAC system let out a terrible holler and sent machine gun vibrations reverberating through the neighborhood. After decades of flawless operation, this one stretch of triple digit temperatures was just too much to handle. With more extreme heat in the forecast, I needed help quickly. But I didn’t expect much could be accomplished over the weekend. I’m pleased to report, however, that Bosh Home Solutions was prompt, attentive, and diligent. They had a brand new dual-fuel heat pump and furnace system working by sundown on Monday. Their service was exceptional from start to finish. I found every member of the team to be responsive to my needs and concerns, good communicators, patient and thorough in their evaluation and during the installation. "We called them for a leaking hot water heater as a 2nd opinion. Roto Rooter quoted us at almost $2000. I was curious how they diagnosed so I went downstairs with them while the two individuals (one was the owner, Wayne), did a very thorough check. They looked under the heater, in all the valves, tested it out, and examined the leaked water. They determined that a new heater was not needed as our was not actually leaking but water seeped in through the floor, apparently this happens a fair amount in S Philly. They were very professional, explained everything they did, and are clearly quite honest as I know nothing about this and would have believed them if they told me I needed a new one. Also worth noting their estimate of a water heater replacement was several hundred less than Roto. I would strongly recommend these guys for any work needed. They also recognized that it was an urgent situation and were flexible with my busy schedule."
