Once the old roof was removed, they found a few sections of damaged wood and showed us before replacing anything. I appreciated being able to actually see why the additional work was necessary. The crew worked efficiently and the new roof looks fantastic. They also repaired the chimney flashing and took care of a couple masonry areas while they were there. Cleanup was excellent. It's been through several heavy rains already and everything has been perfect."
