"We had been looking to renovate a laundry room and an adjacent powder room for several years. The project involved making the laundry room smaller and expanding the powder room to allow for an easy access full shower for an elderly family member with mobility issues. While the available space didn't allow for full ADA shower John Marzano used his decades of experience to plan for maximum use and accessories necessary to meet our needs. John met with us several times and listened to our wants and needs. The workmanship was excellent, the tiling involved large format porcelain tiles for the shower walls that are almost 4' by 4' each. He promised that he would handle it, along with the shower pan, back splash behind the vanity, and the new tile floor. We couldn't be happier, and everyone that has seen it says it's the best tiling work they have ever seen. Same accolades go for the carpentry work, placement of the grab bars and and shower fixtures. His advice was spot on from the planning phase to project completion. In short, we would absolutely use him again and would recommend him with 100% confidence to our friends and family."

"My parents and I live in a old brick apartment building in Hoboken that is from the 1880s. The bathroom in our apartment had not been updated since the 1940s. We needed help ASAP. We checked out Cesar s page and wanted to hire him immediately. The reviews speak for themselves. When he came into our apartment to give us a quote we knew that this was contractor we needed to get the job done. Cesar is affordable, friendly, and very accommodating to any issues or concerns you have before starting the project. Two massive issues with our project were that my dad has spinal & walking issues, so we needed the floors clear of all tools and materials at the end of the each day so that father could walk efficiently through the apartment. The other big issue was that we only have 1 bathroom, so Cesar agreed to work with us on pulling the toilet off and on as every day finished so that we did not have to leave our building to use the toilet. Him and his crew are the best and take pride in their work so that owner is happy with the final result. We brought the bathroom down to the bare bones and rebuilt it back up. I worked with him every step of the way to make sure that he needed all materials to get the job done in the time we needed. This project was an intense remodel with some of the hardest demo and substrate materials that an old bathroom can have. He didn t think anything of it. He has veteran experience in the field and this remodel only took 3 weeks. We are very impressed with Cesar s craftsmanship and professionalism and we will be hiring him again for any future interior projects."
