"Attention please read: do not use this company not only did they not finish the job. My bed has been on its side for now two weeks along with the bedframe. They lost the legs during the move. They were the only ones who packed the stuff and move the stuff they promised me they would make it right they broke art, which was a machine brushed American flag. They kicked out one of the stripes to the flag. They broke equipment told me that they would give me insurance information to file my claims promise after promise now if I try and call them, I can’t even get through when I told them I was gonna hire someone to just buy the leg myself. They said no no no will call you by the end of the day that was a week ago. Don’t use this company. The movers that they had sent to my storage unit started telling me how they sleep in the truck how they don’t have any money and only after packing about a quarter of the storage unit then Reef refused to work and demanded $400 in cash. Once their base of operations got involved. They continued to work then packed all of my things into my garage like it was a sardine aside from my bed bedframe, which is still on the floor. I was promised by an individual Kevin that they’re gonna make everything right and they’re not this post goes down once they make things right"

They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. We were told the move would be done in one large moving van. We were told they had an office and storage facility here in San Angelo. None of those things were true. They showed up at 8:00 PM to load things. The manager, using an alias informed me that they actually didn't use a large van and that they would have to charge an additional $2,200 to meet the schedule we were promised. We were hours from having to be out of our home. My wife panicked and we paid the extra charge. The total cost of the move was more than twice the estimate. It took almost a month to get the final load, and we are missing over $5,000 worth of our belongings. When we asked how to file an insurance claim the manager refused to tell me who the insurance company was and instead referred us to an intermediary with no real address or phone. "
