Every step of the process was of the highest quality - from the estimation process through the actual pack/store/move. Movers were respectful, careful, and did not once raise an eyebrow at some very heavy/bulky items and some extremely difficult maneuvering through tight spaces. Due to the amount of work required, movers were on site 15 hours and except for a couple of short meal breaks did not stop! Everything was wrapped very carefully. Nothing broken. I would hire Ship Smart again without hesitation.

Shipsmart was professional from beginning to end. Shipment arrived on time and in excellent condition. I will use them again and tell others about my positive experience.

I needed a company that could move all my belongings (no furniture) across country from California to Florida. Not knowing where to start, I called a moving company that told me quite candidly that they had a minimum rate of $2,500, and I would do better off calling Ship Smart. I called Ship Smartand they explained everything to me so I chose them to move me, and I was so glad they did! I packed 12 boxes (some very large), and after I moved everything was delivered to me on a pallet. Upon unpacking everything I found that NOTHING WAS BROKEN OR DAMAGED whatsoever! Even priceless antiques were unscathed and arrived just as packed! I cannot thank Ship Smart enough for their exceptional service!! Although I hope to never move this far again, if I did, I would 100% make Shp Smart my mover of choice!

This summer I had to move my recently deceased father's antique piano and grandfather clock from Texas to Florida. These pieces have been in our family for generations, originating from Berlin. I was very pleased and impressed with Ship Smart. They took great care of me. I called for a quote on shipping a dining table and 6 chairs across the country. They gave me a good estimate which was half the price of other moving companies. The day came for the shipment to be packaged and the truck was at my house early. They carefully loaded and wrapped and secured the table and chairs. It was brought to the distribution center where it was shrink wrapped and loaded and shipped across the country. The weight had changed so I only had to pay $100 more. That still was less than other companies. The table and chairs arrived at my son’s place 2 weeks earlier than expected. When my son unwrapped the table and chairs they were in the same great condition as when they left my house. I was so thankful to Ship Smart for the excellent and efficient job they had done. I was very happy to have found ship smart to send the family table and chairs. Thank you Ship Smart for a great job well done. I recommend you highly.

I recently had to ship an antique dining room set from Ft. Myers, Fla to North Carolina from a private residence.I was worried about who to call for such a small shipment and getting the item back home safely. I found Shipsmart online and got a speedy estimate on the cost based on the number of items and weights I provided.The rest was simple-I contacted them by phone to verify when I needed the items picked up, they gave me an actual cost for the shipment,they kept me updated by email and phone calls, they contacted the local movers,they wrapped it up securely and sent it to a local distribution center where it was crated and shipped.It arrived as promised in excellent condition at the cost they had quoted and delivered right into my garage.I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing to ship items that traditional movers don't want to bother with due to being small shipments.I couldn't have ask for better customer service..Thanks to Shipsmart

Very satisfied with the service I received through Ship Smart! I had about 20 boxes I needed to be moved 1,000 + miles and I was impressed with the service I received all the way from scheduling to when the boxes arrived. The boxes arrived with incredible packaging that kept them safe and secure when in transit. I would highly recommend their services to anyone else.

Exceptionally well. The crew they sent to help me arrived early. Had all necessary supplies (moving blankets, boxes, tape, labels, markers, etc), helped me stay focused and organized, and loaded my things into the truck carefully. They were courteous and compassionate (I was emotional after my father's death). Once my items actually were shipped a few weeks later they stayed in contact so I knew exactlybeherevmy shipment was. When the shipment arrived in Texas the driver was also very professional, courteous, and considerate. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was amazed that there were no problems whatsoever and everything was done efficiently and WELL. In particular, they shipped a curio cabinet, mostly glass, and the packaging was absolutely incredible. No damage at all. I was definitely impressed with the entire experience.

Fabulous employees, all were friendly and efficient! All three shipments to different states (Maine, North Carolina and Missouri) went according to plan. They packed the boxes and furniture in Minnesota carefully, quickly and efficiently used the space. The pallets arrived in three weeks, as they predicted, and were delivered to our garage. No items were broken nor missing. We feel Ship Smart provides a wonderful -- and much-needed -- service to people.
