"Changing my 5 star review to 2 stars. We have had a HE Boiler as well as a AC/Heat Pump installed by them. Unfortunately we needed service today. I was willing to pay for Emergency service. They said they couldn't make it out for 14 days, because we did not have a service contract. Spent about $25k for the installations. Which apparently means nothing to them What makes matters worse, the Emergency Service we paid through another HVAC provider was only necessary because of an issue they created during the installation. During the installation Speer Air originally ran the line for the residual pump over the copper hot water line. Which over time burned through the residual line, and then cause a hole and leak on the copper pipe."

But when I went to my bathroom and realized you left drugs in my bathroom and I have small children. Not like that 3000 black and small cleaners caught easy and heâ s lucky he hasnâ t been charged with nothing. Only reason that happened is because I wouldnâ t pursue charges. He obviously is a drug addict and has a problem so maybe he should get help Possibly isnâ t the option maybe rehab is. If you paid for supplies, you got ripped off wait 10 years and it will all fall apart charges for certain stuff but buys different stuff so he can use the extra money to pick himself up drugs without nobody noticing, I am so terribly in grief over this. $3000 he ran off with how is Matt doing in business and not in a jail cell"

"I came to know Obez Electrical through a friend's referral back in.2016. Bryant presented himself very confident, professional, well communicative and so organized! The year 2016's project was to split 2nd unit in a multifamily setting with a separate electrical pamel, rewiring the entire unit, Bryant responded my service calls whenever there is a need, that's why whenever I need eletrical work, my 1st instinct is reaching out Bryant first. This year 2023 the past week I need electrical work in a new bathroom, with permit and it needs pass town inspection. "First of all I wanna mention that my experience is similar to many people who have been serviced by j&s as it appears in their Yelp reviews. I had a working furnace that was tripping because of limited airflow, they practically forced me to change the furnace. Which, cost me $4000 and took over 2 weeks. Then the new one had a defective gas valve. Then the furnace kept tripping and stopped working even after changing the valve. I had to reopen the work order for the 3rd time. When they came they found out about the limited airflow from the dirty coil. They said they'll talk with AHS and get back to me, but what they did is they closed the request as completed. I had to call again to reopen the request. When they showed, up they tried to talk me into downgrading my filter. It was too late when I realized that the real issue was a dirty coil and/or duckt work not the furnace. Lastly, they sneakily updated the request to have a non covered item ($200 to change the air filter) this way,"
