The work was beautiful, professional, timely and cost effective. We are so thrilled with the results of the total renovation job that Jan Wilgucki and his team performed for us. We are so grateful and would recommend him to anyone.

It went very well. Jan is exceptional. He really cares about his customers and goes the extra step to make them happy. He is also very quick. Jan made the remodel a painless process for which my wife and I are very thankful. There's a lot that happens behind the scenes outside of picking the tiles, appliances and paints. Jan took care of all of it. Jan delivers excellent quality at an affordable price. We highly recommend him and will definitely be working with him again in the fall.

They replaced my roof and did a great job. It has been 2 years and everything is fine. They were on time and it was a very pleasant experience. I recommend their service. I hired them again to replace some doors and my deck.

It went very well.  He did not leave until the work was done.  I and my wife  were satisfied with the work and will be using him again in the near future.
I want to mention that I have been using his company for over ten years for major repairs and  minor repairs.  Over the years his company has done for us such major jobs as a new roof, siding and pointing,(which is very tedious) in addition to some smaller jobs.  These major jobs went very well and no shortcuts were used.
The things I like about Jan are:
                     1)  Reliability, he'll do the job and has the right subcontractors.
                     2)  Personal supervision.  He makes sure his people are working and working properly.
                     3)  You can get a hold of him.  He calls back.
                     4)  If there is a mistake or he missed something he comes back and corrects it..  
                     5)  Good work ethic.  He doesn't do the work piecemeal.  As I previously mentioned his people work until the job is done.
                     6)  Honest.  He will not say something needs to be fixed when it doesn;t need to be fixed.
                     7)  His pricing is fair and competitive.
The only other thing that I can say about my many experiences with Jan is that sometimes you have to wait until he gets to you.  However, he won't say that he will get to you the next day and then you wait for months.  If he is busy he will tell you so and let you know when he can do the job.

I am very pleased with the caliber of work performed by Jan Wil Construction and recommend his services to others. Jan Wilgucki and his respectful crew were diligent and undaunted by unique challenges faced on our site. Jan always made the effort to provide the most secure and high quality construction, rather than taking the easy or minimal route. Because of Jan's extensive experience, he was able to identify a number of issues that had been overlooked and brought them to our architect's and our own attention. The building inspectors too were impressed with the excellence of our general contractor's work.   

As in any project of this size, there were complications and issues that needed to be rectified or addressed. Jan took our concerns seriously and always aimed to please and be fair. In the end, all of our needs and expectations were fulfilled. Considering the risks involved in depending on someone to build a costly addition, we are very happy with the completed project and our decision to hire Jan Wil Construction. Jan and his crew executed the architect's plans and my vision beautifully and he enriched my life with his delightful personality.

Jan and his team were very professional, took care of the unexpected issues that arose in our home and did a great job helping us realize our dreams for our remodel.  He took on extra work to do things right, even though he couldn't have foreseen the difficulties and poor workmanship of prior remodels.  It was a great experience working with Jan and his subcontractors.
