This company has been built on its reputation and referrals from customers to customer, not big time advertising. So don't call the big name guys and get robbed call the small guy not looking to take advantage of you. Accurate conditioning has a small fee which includes the first 1/2 hour of labor and trip charge. Our prices are very competitive to all the local small company's.

Our pricing is very simple: we charge a $175 service fee, and $150 per hour for Lead Electricians, $115 per hour for Second Electricians, and $85 to $95 per hour for Helpers. , plus parts for electrical, drain work and appliances. We service all brands of portable and stand by generators. Work before 6 am as well as night after 6pm, weekends and holidays is subject to additional charges. We normally charge $125 to clean dryer vents and that's it. We provide outstanding, well equipped mechanics, who know their jobs. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR- TOP SHELF FIVE START SERVICE. I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."
