Eddie called to let me know when he would arrive. He told me what it would cost to come out and got right to the job and saw what the problem was. He told me what the price of the repair would be and replaced the part. No hidden costs , no extras. Job well done and well received. Id recommend Design Temp to anyone! Im having them back to replace my water heater.

I cannot believe my unit is fixed already! Eddie contacted me and was able to come promptly. He assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done and gave me a price. He had my unit up and running within an hour. Thank goodness! Knowledgeable, polite, efficient and reasonable. I wish every company was run like this one. Truly 5 star service, very professional and friendly. Ed was very prompt in returning phone calls and scheduling appointment. Technician arrived on time and explained everything he was doing and what was causing my problem. Ed followed up with recommendations on the best way to fix my leak and worked through a thunderstorm and pouring rain to make sure I had A/C for the weekend. I would highly recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Ed and Brandon arrived within their time window. Very courteous and friendly. Highly informative and explained exactly what they would do. Pointed out a problem with a previous servicing of the unit by another company, and rectified it immediately. Very thorough and efficient. Completed the servicing quickly and to my satisfaction. I signed up for an annual servicing agreement and I am looking forward to seeing them service my air conditioning unit in the Spring. I would highly recommend this local, high quality, small business.

Showed called up the same day as my service request, arrived the next morning (service call was placed on Fathers Day!) Had a dead A/C Compressor unit outside of the home. Was worried that I would have to replace the unit to the tune of $3.000-$4,000. They found a minor problem with a replaceable component ... parts and labor were $279.00!

Design Temp and Ed are simply the best. There is no need to look for anyone else if you need heating or A/C repair. Ed return intial phone within 1/2 hr and assured me that my a/c problem would be fixed asap and at a reasonable price. He replace my fan motor and motor board and contactor all at a reasonable price and explained everything to me. I dont think any other contractor would of done the quality of work and such a reasonable price. And Ed is a super nice guy. I truly believe that he is in business to help people and not take advantage of them. Thanks Ed & Pete......
