"I have two furnaces of different sizes. The two were switched which meant one was oversized and one was undersized. They were both installed and complete before the mistake was realized. Big mistake. They spent a second day remedying the situation and increased the warrantee period by 5 years as well as increased the efficiency of the larger unit as a form of compensation. All in all they were professional and their work was clean and neat."

"This job was supposed to be an easy thermostat upgrade to a new smart thermostat. as with any old house its always more involved than meets the eye and it wouldn't power up after installation.
