Yes, "eye popping". I went to Home Adviser and based on the recommendations selected Choice Builders. Jesse went the next day to do an estimate/repair. The diagnosis was that a main wire had been disconnected that prevented the condenser from working. Jesse re-hooked the wire and the air conditioner started, The repair cost was nominal. I just want everyone to know that there are people out there that prey on the elderly and then there are honest folks like Jesse willing to do the right thing.
