From the initial meeting with Mario and Melissa, I could tell immediately this was the right choice. They listened to my plans, offered suggestions, and I could tell it would be a “partnership” from the beginning. I wanted someone local for many reasons, and they checked all the boxes. One thing I look for in choosing a contractor, in addition to their work product, is the “business” side of the project. After identifying the work needed, their written proposal was excellent… clear and concise… showing each phase of the project, cost, timing, and importantly, what the owner needed to purchase. This was a COMPLETE remodel of an 1,100 sq ft condo, everything except windows, including demolition, doors, kitchen cabinets and countertops, 2 full tiled bathrooms, vinyl flooring, woodwork, electrical, and painting !
