Donny and his wife, both VETERANS, did a terrific job today in scoping the main sewer line of a house I'm in contract to purchase. Professional, courteous, kind, prompt and TALENTED are all words that characterize this very pleasant couple. I have been using Angie's (now Angi) contractors for 10 years now on various home projects and if I can give DW Drain Cleaning and Sewer Services more than 5 stars, I most certainly would. They sent a camera down 80 plus feet to the street and explained the entire process on their video screen in detail. Then they went out to the street with a locator that determined just how far the camera went. Seeing that they needed to go just a few more feet to the main in the center of the street...they properly completed the job by going back down to the basement and continuing the scope. That is what we in the military would call "ATENTION to DETAIL". And really folks, isn't that just one of the most important qualities you want any contractor to have? Hire them as your first choice for any plumbing needs...they got my vote!!

Kitchen sink was clogged. They came in, "snaked" it and drainage is as good as new! Will definitely call them again!

Don and his asst were prompt, organized, and very professional. He took the time to ask us questions, then went about evaluating the problem. Once they started the job, they worked until it was completed - no sitting around wasting time grabbing a smoke. They cleaned up and Don explained all that was done, including a video on his phone to show what was found and removed. Highly pleased and highly recommended. Don is awesome. He came out on time, took care of our major sewer clog issue. Go ahead hire DW Mechical you can't go wrong. Techs with skills that are also courteous, and respectful of your property are hard to find these days. If you want more info... Our Sewer backed up around mid-night, dirty water was coming out from our lower level shower. Got Horizon on homeadvisor. Nice man came out to help us, he try all he can, but our sewer was still clogged after almost 3hrs. Being 4am we decided to wait for few hours when more places open for business. I called my regular Plumber in the morning but they are booked. Went on homeadvisor again got DW Mechanical. Talk to Don, he was clear, courteous, had the right equipment, and patiently listened to what I had to tell him. He told me he can get to us within the hour, he was on time. Don checked out the issue and went straight to work. First he worked the sewer from the street then he went on the roof to clear more from the roof vents. With my experiance this time, I learned many places did not want to get on the roof even though I tell them that was how the same clog got cleared almost 20 years ago. Don is great and he will be our plumber from now.
