"From initial call to final installation was impressed all around with professionalism with this company. I have never had work performed in my home that went as smoothly as this did. And when the installers left it was like they were never here... they left it as clean as it was when they got here."

"This company was very organized from estimate to installation. The men they sent to complete the job: Caleb Haywood, Christian Garcia and Noah Jones were AWESOME. They worked on our job for a long time and they were professional from the minute they got here to the minute they left. They encapsulated our crawl space and it looks so so good. They cleaned up the yard and everything so well there was not even a tiny piece of material left. We would recommend the company and these installers to anyone which is rare anymore! Great job guys … thank you."

"Dana knew right away that the problem was with the air handler. As it turned out the condensation drip pan had filled up and tripped the over flow switch. PTL for that switch. Dana drained the pan and cleared the drain. All ok now. Thanks for the help. Nice job Dana."

"Procrete is by far one of the best contractors I have ever worked with and I have dealt with my fair share.  Their cement work was absolutely beautiful, their people competent, skilled and responsive and their attention to detail unparalleled.  They took care of issues as they came up that many contractors would have ignored. Their knowledge of the properties of cement as well as how variable weather conditions might affect the pouring, leveling, setting and finishing processes was evident.
I contacted Procrete to replace a broken and cracked walkway that was heaving and slanted, cement stairs that were on the verge of caving in and a shower house that had lost so much sand underneath it that the foundation was slanting.
I was first impressed by Procrete?s expertise when they came to see what needed to be done and to quote me a price.  I mentioned in passing the after rain flooding problem we were having and Procrete suggested that they put in a French drain. This was a great solution to our problem.  Not only did they put in the French drain, but on a return visit to take care of other things Procrete noticed that the drain had filled up from the previous night?s rain, so they enlarged it and more than doubled it in size.  It now works perfectly.
When working on filling in a huge gap under our shower house Procrete discovered the source of the problem- a sewer pipe which was broken, and probably had been for years.  This had to be fixed before they could continue, so not only did they diagnose the problem they took the time to contact a plumber to come fix the pipe.  Even though I had already called our plumber and gotten someone to fix the broken pipe, the fact that they made this effort amazed me.
They spent a long time painstakingly smoothing out the cement after it was poured.  Even a renter next door commented on what a beautiful job they did.
After the cement hardened I noticed our shed door would not close properly. This happened because as the cement hardened, it expanded and threw the alignment of the shed door off.  Procrete was on it!  They came back and fixed the problem so that the door was once again able to easily close. Not only that, but they repaired some cracking in the cement along the threshold that took place during this expansion process.
Procrete is organized -  From Dave who handled scheduling and delegating who would take care of any issues that came up to Mike and Steve who were hard working and professional.  They went above and beyond what was required in all circumstances and did a fantastic job in the process!
I highly recommend Procrete without reservation for any cement work you need to have done.  We would definitely use their services again.

"Very helpful in pointing out pros and cons of tankless water heater vs relocating new hot water heater in another site. Also, installed drain so my downstairs neighbors would not be flooded in case of malfunction. Prompt, experienced and neat. Very satisfied with their work."

"Fred and his staff were beyond amazing. We had some foundation requirements along with special styling and they achieved all of our requests with extra care. The rough design was turned into a patio that we were imagining in our dreams. They warned us of their busy schedule and still beat their estimated time of completion by over two weeks. We have several tradesmen peers who were astonished by the quality of the work. The quality of the stamping and finishing work was done above expectations. They colored, power-washed, and used a high end sealer with grit to finish. The turnaround time from when they started the job to end was around 4 days. We could walk on it after a few days."

Foundation Drain Installation questions, answered by experts

Gravity can make it difficult to make plumbing work in a garage if your plumbing is lower than your drainage point. Fortunately, there are ways to create drainage when adding a bathroom to a sunken garage. Plumbers will recommend using an upflush system that discharges into a pump from the back of the toilet.

No, you can’t drain your sump pump into your home’s sewer system. In fact, it’s against the law in many places because dumping extra water into a municipal water system can disrupt or overwhelm the treatment process. And for similar reasons, you shouldn’t discharge a sump pump into your septic system, either.

Preventing future basement flooding often involves installing sump pumps, improving drainage, sealing foundation cracks, and maintaining gutters. Costs vary, but preventive measures can range from a few hundred to several thousand dollars, depending on the solutions chosen. Investing in prevention can save you money on future flooded basement cleanup costs and repairs.

A sump pump is one of the most common ways to get excess moisture out of your home, but it’s not the only way. If your home doesn't have a sump pump, other options to get excess water out of the basement include trash pumps, submersible pumps, service pumps, and hand-crank pumps. However, it’s worth calling a pro in to assess your situation and potentially install a sump pump for you.

Pooling or standing water in your basement should be cause for alarm and action. This indicates that there is a leak or a drainage issue, and until you repair the root of the problem, the situation will only happen again or grow in severity. It’s important to deal with water damage as soon as it occurs.
