"Jensen movers sent an estimator out prior to the move and it was immediately obvious to me that he overestimated the time. I moved with them 2 years previously and had less stuff and it was a one day move. I contacted the office about the discrepancy and Megan the office manager really didn't want to hear it and just pushed the contract signature. The contract included a guarantee of 16 hours although the estimated move time was 16 hours. The actual time was about 10 hours and although I expected an adjustment I received none and got an earful from Megan when I called and tried to point out how the system is set up for Jensen's benefit to the exclusion of the consumer. I felt very taken advantage of and can't help thinking that making no adjustment to the schedule... i.e. arrival time of 10am, intention of 8 hour maximum move time per day whether the job requires 9 hours or 16, including sending 4 guys and a full truck for the second day of items that would fit in a van and take two guys the same amount of time. Then, according to one of the movers an assumption they will return to the warehouse and do work for the rest of the day there on my dime feels inefficient and like exploitation. Although the moving guys will not do extra work without being asked and followed, they generally do a good job and I have appreciated their work on the three moves I have used them for. This was the first time they assumed a two day move and then used that number to base the timing... I was very disappointed and won't use them again."

I used Bob Drayton for Septic Pumping in the past, but today (a Friday at 2pm) I called with a request for an emergency septic pumping after I called a bunch of other companies that said no way before I even finished my question. I only called the other companies because they came up first on my google search. Bob Drayton Services was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The woman I spoke with on the phone was very polite and extremely helpful. Not only did they come out for emergency service, even though they said they didn't have any more emergency appointments, but they were at my home within 30 minutes. The professional that pumped my septic educated me and my son (I am recently divorced and didn't know much) on how to care for septic and clean the filter. He also looked at my 5 year old septic field as I had some concerns about it and gave me resources to assist with that. He explained why I was having an issue with my septic and what to do about the issue (easy very cheap fix). He was also extremely friendly, professional, and not condescending at all to this not so knowledgeable homeowner. Also, the price was extremely fair! I will never use another company for any of my septic needs again. "Showed up an hour late with 3 men and 1 truck for a job they had previewed. Move took 18 hours until the men walked off the job at 3 am. Did not even assemble the beds until after we slept on mattresses until new men returned They left a grill, outdoor table (they brought the chairs only) basketball nets and other items at old property- never went back to get them. They broke a bed frame, badly damaged one side of a dresser and left my front door leaning against a wall. Left the feet off of a sofa and we can’t find them. Would not return voicemails, calls or texts for over a week and then. - With absolutely no apology nor proposal for how they were going to retrieve my items or fix the ones they broke - accused me of trying to get out of paying their bill (they never even sent one) and/or of not having the funds to pay the bill. Screamed at me until I had to end the call. Services were rendered but not completed, and rendered very poorly. Customer service nonexistent."
