"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"

The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

I was told I'd receive a call the day before the Tech was scheduled to come, and they would service the front and back yards. Fast forward a week, no call from Ned's or Tech, someone just shows up. Guy walks around the house, takes pictures, treats the front yard, and leaves. I call because no one told me he was coming, and he didn't do the backyard. I'm asked to provide proof; unfortunately, my old camera system can't handle a 20-minute download to prove that the customer is not lying. I've been waiting a week to speak to the rep who signed me up, but I haven't received a call. Because the Tech said he completed the work, they believe him. If I could give Zero Stars, I woiuld."

He comes to do the work always in a hurry, for 2 seasons I have complained about a leak in my system, he Never took the time to find it. He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers.
