This was consider a small job by other contractors. Dan had no problem with that. Dan showed up on the day he stated and removed and hauled away all the concrete. Installed wire mess and expansion joints where needed. Poured the concrete and finished the job in a quick and timely manner. Dan and Steve were very professional neat and clean as they worked. Very hard-working guys, they remove all shingles on a 20 square roof within 2h. unfortunately the plywood was bad and need it to be replaced these guys did something that no company would do it they removed all plywood did framing repair installed 5/8 plywood and charged me only for the cost of plywood.
