"Workers came in looked at the gutters and then got right to work cleaning them. Even though we have gutter guards, squirrels had got under and nested causing severe drainage issues. The workers cleaned it all out and even showed me photos of what it had looked liked. We used last year and will use again"

"It went great, actually better than I expected. The arrangements were made a couple of weeks ahead of time, and as the move-in deadline approached, there was a little confusion as to the actual cleaning date. However, the crew spent the better part of 2 days working hard scrubbing, polishing, shining, going way above and beyond my expectations of a janitorial service. I was totally pleased with the work and felt that the value was excellent."

This is the client's den area where the floors were refinished. There is a long list of major errors. Here it starts with dreadful sanding resulting in drum marks & edger digs, incomplete sanding, completely botched staining, and a horrible 'finished' product!
