"Ronda came to us through our general contractor. She assisted us in selecting our cabinets, counter tops, hardware and tile. She met with us multiple times at our house to work through the cabinet design. And we met with her multiple times at her studio and the tile shop to select our counter top and tile. Always ready to help, she is knowledgeable and has innate design ability. More than that, she can explain her design choices, yet is willing to discuss alternatives and work through the design process in a collaborative manner, bringing many ideas to the table – or kitchen, as it were. She listens to her clients and was able to translate our ideas into a comprehensive design. Throughout the process Ronda worked with our contractor and with us to make certain everything came together as planned. While there were a number of minor snafus, she was always there to make certain issues were resolved and to keep the job moving ahead. Cabinets and counter tops are a significant portion of the remolding cost. Cabinet manufactures are not all that interested in dealing directly with the customer. Rather, they work through their distributors. We purchased our cabinets through Ronda who has a strong working relationship with the manufactures she deals with and can easily work out issues. "Mr. Cowan was very responsive.  He came out timely and performed the work as described.  He also recommended some additional work that needed to be done.  He took his work very seriously and did an excellent job.  I believe he was a little highly priced, but it is very difficult to find a reliable chimney contractor, and therefore, well worth it.

ONE day, and for a great price as well-- lower than any of the competitors. The workers were all courteous and definitely knew what they were doing. "The ground at the back of my house was a mess after we tore down a shed that probably dated from when my house was built in the late 1800's. I wanted to put in a new shed, but was concerned about what it was going to cost to have the ground prepared and the recommended foundation laid. Bob gave me an estimate that was less than I expected and offered to clean away about 10 years accumulation of debris the area for a nominal extra charge. He explained what he would do and how, and was able to arrange a date to do the work within about 2 weeks. He arrived when he said he would, he and his crew got to work and the job was finished within about 2 hours. He was cheerful and friendly and very easy to work with. He also did a great job, and ended up charging me slightly less than the estimate."
