"After Hurricane Isaias I requested professional services from Home Advisor and Angie's List. The Home Advisor pros never contacted me. I called Morales Brothers from Angie's List recommendations. I had a HUGE tree that fell over from my neighbor into my backyard. A rep from Morales Brothers promptly came over to look at my property and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Then they showed up as agreed for the job. They were on time, extremely polite and did an OUTSTANDING job. They also cleaned up everything afterwards. "This is my second time with this tree company. For some reason didn't find them in Angie's list, but fortunately found their phone number in my phonebook (saved the last time). The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after. "He responded quickly to my call, came the same day to inspect the trees and began treatment within a few days. He was informative about the disease and had specialized training in treating oak wilt. He did let us know that treatment effectiveness is only about 50/50 when you have trees that are already infected. Since the treatment was recent, we don't know if the trees will survive. But since these trees provide our backyard shade, we decided to go ahead with the treatment."
