"I like them a lot. I thought the agent that came out was very good. He gave me I thought a good estimate with all the factors taken into account. There was a woman at the office that I was going to go look at fencing. Unfortunately, I broke my leg and I have a cast on; I haven't been able to get there. So far I can say the company I think is very highly rated. The cost varies according to requirements. I haven't gotten a solid estimate. I've taken a look at other things but nothing that I would compare to them. On pricing, I think they're fair. I think their product is good, the quality of the workmanship seems to be excellent, and I haven't had it installed yet. That's just a guesstimate. They replaced a fence that was hand made that I had nothing but trouble with, and they really covered every single issue that I had with that previous fence so that I wouldn't run into the same problem again, so I have a lot of optimism about this outcome."

The estimate was a little bit cheaper comparing to others (I used 4 companies to get a truly transparent picture of what needs to be done and prevent upselling). Surprisingly to me, none of the companies tried to upsell; their recommendations were the same (up to some extend). At the end, decided to go with BJ's, mostly because of the prior positive experience. The work was done next business day after my call (they even offered same day services, but I was unable to accommodate). The work was done in less than 2 hours! Everything was cleaned after. "Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.
