"I hired Cesar and his crew to gut and renovate multiple bedrooms a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Cesar, Armondo and Benjamin were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their knowledge, expertise and craftmanship are top notch. Cesar is easy to work with and truly cares about making sure his customers are happy. Cesar has an uncanny knack for finding a solution to any problem he encounters. I found his pricing to be very fair and reasonable and I quickly learned I could trust Cesar. "We hired Dependable Home Improvement for a variety of home maintenance projects, including tile work, wood floor repair, drywall patching and wood furniture repair. Sergey and his team delivered high-quality work at a reasonable price. They even went above and beyond by including a few finishing touches that weren’t part of the contract. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left the house clean. We would definitely hire them again and highly recommend their services."

"Mike is very friendly and courteous, as well as quite dedicated to doing a good job. When installing our new attic stairs and door, he spent numerous hours over two days. I saw him place the weatherstripping perfectly, and both this and the paint look excellent. As he works, he explains the steps of what he is doing. After finishing, he called later on to make sure that there were no problems. He is easy to contact and returns calls. I would therefore highly recommend Mike and Palma Construction."

"It went extremely well. They knew what they were doing. When something went wrong they took care of it. They were punctual. They showed up when they said they would. They were clean and didn't leave any trash. We were extremely pleased with them. The retaining wall 8 feet high and 90 ft long. I would highly recommend them."

Installation of new laminate flooring, new paint throughout, new light fixtures, complete new bathrooms, complete new kitchen and exterior painting and power washing. All word was done professionally and thoroughly and at a fair price. We worked together on planning and acquiring the materials. "Bryan was awesome! He put three pieces of furniture together for me. All had electrical components to it. He also dismantled and unloaded all of the furniture that was here already. This was all after a fresh 4 inch snowfall. He was dedicated and friendly and made sure everything worked and was to my liking. Additionally, communication with A1 was exceptional and they were very reasonably priced. I would 100% use them again. My son is so happy for his new bedroom setup and my back is so happy for my new standing desk. Thank you Bryan and A1 Construction!!!"
