Sergey and his associate Michael surpassed our expectations, and just in time for the holidays. They were courteous, friendly, gave their expert opinion/ advice, easy to work with, very responsive, trustworthy, on-time, respectful and clean, best price for supior quality overall. They created, installed, and stained a custom slat wall in our living room, created an access for our attic with stairs, beautiful trim work throughout areas of the home, fixed some of our mistakes with ceiling and repainted. He worked on both our in-laws homes and all of us would rehire without a second thought. A pleasure to do business to.

They refurbished a 20 year cherry wood dining table surface. There were ugly deposits on the table surface. They removed them with light sanding and repolished the surface, Now the table looks like new. Excellent old world craftsmanship. Price was reasonable. I have decided to hire them for other future handyman jobs.

I highly recommend Dependable Home Improvement & Property Preservation, Corp. They repaired a small barn on our property which included re-siding the building, constructing new loft, shed, and double width equipment doors, and repairing windows and window frames. In addition to installing roof, corner, and door trim the barn received two coats of red paint and the doors and roof trim received a coat of white paint. Dependableâ s material estimate closely aligned with mine so they got the job. They were conscientious, worked carefully and neatly, and paid close attention to detail. Having originally built the barn ourselves, there is no way that we could have done a better job on these repairs.

Sergey and his team did a fantastic job. He repaired a giant leak in the ceiling, installed in the wall air conditioner and built closet and installed doors. He gave an estimate for the job and kept the budget even adding some additional touches. Best experience Iâ ve ever had with contractor. Cleaned up just exceptional.
