I saw him place the weatherstripping perfectly, and both this and the paint look excellent. As he works, he explains the steps of what he is doing. After finishing, he called later on to make sure that there were no problems. He is easy to contact and returns calls. I would therefore highly recommend Mike and Palma Construction.

This review is late but he did an amazing job with the trim, looks professional and much better than I could have attempted on my own. Also used the extra molding to spruce up the area around the windows and a gap. Great guy and nice too!
