Kingdom Builders

This was hired as a contractor for my residential building which houses 100s of tenants. Instead of focusing on the jobs at hand, this contractor started altercations, verbally assaulting, and threatening violence upon tenants in front of their children and family. One such incident was caught on video, where he publicly threatened a tenant for simply parking near him. Despite multiple witnesses being present, as well as the tenant's wife and children, and being recorded, he encouraged the tenant to come to a place where "no one can see him beat him up" and even made lude remarks to his wife to further incite the violence. This individual, who claimed to be the owner of the company (Edwin Placeres), is unprofessional, ghetto, and has no sense to be respectful to tenants even when he is told he would face criminal charges if he persisted. Needless to say, his contract is being terminated and legal action is being considered. Do not hire this one-man company or you will regret it!
