(Previous architect drew what he wanted for my house, and completely ignored what I was requesting of the design and function of my house. ) Currently waiting for the permits, I don't believe that they will have any problems with the design he created. The Town had rejected my initial drawings and required its review and approval by a structural engineer or architect.
